How to Make the Pure Passion
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place the pulp of a passion fruit into a shaker
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 50 ml of orange juice, 5 ml of caramel syrup and 15 ml of sugar syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a quarter of passion fruit
