How to Make the Electric Chaser
- A one-liter pitcher of the chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
- Place 60 red basil leaves into a mixing glass
- Pour in 50 ml of sugar syrup, 75 ml of lime juice and muddle
- Fine strain into a pitcher
- Top up with 800 ml of cranberry juice and stir gently
- Pour gold tequila into shot glasses
- Pour chaser into shot glasses
- Drink the tequila and chase with the chaser
