How to Make the Tom Yam Chaser
- A one-liter pitcher of the chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
- Place 5 slices of ginger root, 3 chopped lemon grass stalks into a pitcher and muddle
- Pour 25 ml of lime juice, 500 ml of coconut milk, 15 ml of red tabasco sauce, 25 ml of worcestershire sauce and 75 ml of soy sauce into the pitcher
- Add 3 bar spoons of salt and stir gently
- Pour gold tequila and chaser into shot glasses
- Drink the tequila and chase with the chaser
