Cocktail recipe Delicious
- Squeeze 35 ml of cucumber juice and pour it into a shaker
- Add 25 ml of quail egg white, 15 ml of lime juice, 35 ml of apple juice and 20 ml of cinnamon syrup
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
