How to Make the Barrel-aged Manhattan
- Pour 100 ml of red vermouth and 200 ml of scotch whisky into a mixing glass
- Add 300 ml of bourbon and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Pour the mix into a barrel and leave it to mature for six months
- Place rocks ice into a rocks glass
- Fine strain the prepared cocktail into the glass
- Garnish with a lemon zest and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
