How to Make the Perfect Rob Roy
- Pour 15 ml of red vermouth, 15 ml of dry vermouth, and 75 ml of scotch whisky into a mixing glass
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with orange zest
