Cocktail recipe Charles sazerac
- Place a cane sugar cube into a rocks glass
- Soak it with 1 dash of angostura bitters and muddle
- Pour 5 ml of absinthe, 60 ml of bourbon and 30 ml of aged cognac into the rocks glass
- Add 5 dashes of peychaud's bitters
- Place an ice cube into the glass and stir gently
- Add 15 ml of still water
- Garnish with orange zest
