How to Make the Be kind, unwind
- Pour in a mixing glass 5 ml of hazelnut liqueur, 7.5 ml of maraschino liqueur and 45 ml of maurin quina
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters, 2 dashes of orange bitters and 45 ml of jenever
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and gently stir with the bar spoon
- Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with orange zest and a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
