Scotch whisky	10	ml
Maraschino liqueur	10	ml
Pedro ximenez sherry	15	ml
Angostura bitters	2	ml
Orange	40	g
Red maraschino cherry	5	g
Ice cubes	420	g

Rocks glass	1	piece
Bar spoon	1	piece
Strainer	1	piece
Mixing glass	1	piece
Jigger	1	piece
Drinking straws	2	piece
Cocktail skewer	1	piece

Maraschino liqueur

Pedro ximenez sherry

Angostura bitters

Red maraschino cherry

Cocktail recipe Goldinez

Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 15 ml of pedro ximenez sherry, 10 ml of maraschino liqueur, 10 ml of scotch whisky and 50 ml of gin into a mixing glass
Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
