Cocktail recipe Matador
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 20 ml of orange juice, 5 ml of grenadine syrup, 10 ml of maraschino liqueur, 10 ml of white vermouth and 40 ml of scotch whisky into a shaker
- Add 5 ml of orange flower water and 1 dash of orange bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry
