Cocktail recipe Léon: the professional
- Rim a red wine glass with sugar
- Pour 5 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup, 15 ml of maraschino liqueur, 15 ml of triple sec liqueur and 50 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the chilled red wine glass
- Garnish with lemon zest
