How to Make the No. 5
- Pour 5 ml of dark cacao liqueur, 20 ml of benedictine, and 30 ml of Dubonnet into a mixing glass
- Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, 30 ml of cognac, and 30 ml of homemade bourbon
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
- Carefully strain through a julep strainer into a bottle and cork it
- Place an ice ball and lemon zest into a rocks glass
- Serve on a tray
