How to Make the Modernist Falafel
- Place the ice ball in the rocks glass
- Place 3 g of green basil and 5 g of salt in the shaker and muddle
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of simple syrup, and 5 ml of mastiha into the shaker
- Add 5 drops of homemade vegetable oil, 5 ml of green chartreuse, and 50mL of homemade falafel vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the rocks glass through a sieve and strainer
- Garnish with a slice of radish
