How to Make the Fairy Mary
- Place 1 chopped feijoa, a rosemary sprig into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 30 ml of calvados
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a feijoa wedge and a maraschino cherry
