• Pour 15 ml of menengic coffee, 45 ml of red vermouth, and 10 ml of cognac into the shaker
• Add 2 dashes of coffee liqueur and 35 ml of vodka
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
• Strain into the rocks glass
• Pour 25 ml of quail egg whites, 75 ml of milk, and 3 dashes of orange flower water into the soda syphon
• Close the syphon and shake 3-4 times
• Pour the foam into the bowl and place on the rocks glass
• Garnish with sesame seeds, coconut, and vanilla beans
