Cocktail recipe Espiga
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice into the shaker
- Add 1 dash of liquorice bitters and 50 ml of London dry gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Pour 30 ml of chilled espresso into the glass
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the glass
- Fill to the top with ginger beer
- Garnish with an orchid flower
