How to Make the Finders Keepers
- Fill a tin can to the top with crushed ice
- Place 5 g of ginger root, 5 g of lemongrass and 5 g of mint into a shaker, and muddle
- Pour 30 ml of lime juice, 30 ml of agave syrup, and 60 ml of London dry gin into the shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain through a sieve into a tin can
- Fill to the top with ginger beer
