Cocktail recipe Symposium
- Pour 20 ml of amaro into a mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes of Aphrodite bitters and 30 ml of single-malt Scotch whisky
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with lemon zest
