Cocktail recipe Lotus Cocktail
- Pour 10 ml of honey and 10 ml of lime juice into the shaker
- Add 2 dashes of bergamot bitters, 20 ml of sake, and 50 ml of white rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a lotus leaf and a teaspoon of blue curaçao
