Cocktail recipe Thor
- Fill a goblet glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 7 blackberries, 9 bar spoons of bilberries into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of blackberry liqueur and 50 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the goblet glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with blackberries, bilberries, and a mint sprig
