Cocktail recipe My favourite Maria
- Rim a champagne saucer with caster sugar
- Place 2 bar spoons of orange jam into a shaker
- Add 6 raspberries, 5 mint leaves and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 10 ml of raspberry syrup, 30 ml of passion fruit syrup and 50 ml of jenever
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with 3 maraschino cherries with mint leaves on a cocktail skewer
