Cocktail recipe Walking in Soho
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place a slice of ginger root and the pulp of a watermelon wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 20 ml of tangerine syrup, 15 ml of limoncello and 50 ml of silver tequila
- Add 6 peppercorns
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with a piece of watermelon
