Cocktail recipe Missionary's downfall
- Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place a peeled and chopped pineapple wheel into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of peach liqueur and 60 ml of white rum
- Add 5 mint leaves
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a mint sprig and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
