Cocktail recipe Irish boozy punch

• A five-liter punch bowl is enough for 20-25 portions
• Chop 4 pears into slices and put into the bowl
• Add 2 oranges and 2 lemons chopped on wheels, 10 cinnamon sticks and 60 seeds of cardamom
• Pour in 100 ml of lemon juice, 150 ml of orange juice, 200 ml of cinnamon syrup and 1000 ml of irish whiskey
• Add 60 dashes of orange bitters
• Top up with duchess lemonade and stir gently
• Fill rocks glasses with ice cubes and punch
• Garnish each cocktail with a slice of pear and ground nutmeg
