How to Make the Jam Sour
- Fill a jar to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 20 ml of lemon juice, 10 g of raspberry jam, and 5 ml of sugar syrup into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of orange bitters and 50 ml of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the jar
- Fill to the top with club soda
- Garnish with an orange wedge
