Cocktail recipe Kentucky cooler
- Pour boiling water over cinnamon sticks and leave it for 1 minute
- Place 3 heated cinnamon sticks into a highball glass and top it up with crushed ice
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 25 ml of apricot liqueur and 50 ml of bourbon
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with small lime wedges
