Cocktail recipe Ginger mojito
- Place 10 mint leaves into a sling glass
- Fill the sling glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 25 ml of apple juice and 50 ml of gold rum
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of ginger root
