Cocktail recipe Clubland
- Pour 5 ml of pedro ximenez sherry, 10 ml of white vermouth, 10 ml of dry vermouth and 40 ml of vodka into a mixing glass
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with orange zest
