Cocktail recipe The stone-cold latte
- Place 2.5 g of full-leaf green tea and 90 ml of milk into the pitcher
- Mix and heat without reaching a boil
- Pour 20 ml of sugar syrup and 90 ml of tea into the shaker
- Add 10 ml of cognac and 30 ml of soju
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Pour through a strainer and sieve into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a thyme sprig and anise
