Cocktail recipe Monkey business
- Place 10 mint leaves, 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a copper mug and muddle
- Fill the mug to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 20 ml of maple syrup and 50 ml of scotch whisky
- Add 2 dashes of peach bitters and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig and caster sugar
