How to Make the French Dessert
- Place 12 bar spoons of blackcurrant into a blender
- Pour in 15 ml of heavy cream, 20 ml of maple syrup, 20 ml of honey syrup and 40 ml of calvados
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a kumquat wedge
