How to Make the Daddy
- Place 20 mint leaves and a slice of ginger root into a sling glass
- Add 2 bar spoons of granulated sugar and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of scotch whisky
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a fan of ginger slices
