Cocktail recipe Mint clan
- Place 7 mint leaves into a rocks glass
- Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 25 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of peach iced tea
- Add 50 ml of scotch whisky and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with 2 peach wedges
