Cocktail recipe Honey Versailles
- Place4 blackberries into a heated frying pan and add 10 ml of honey
- Stir on low heat until mixture reaches a uniform consistency
- Add a stalk of lemon grass, 10 ml of triple sec liqueur and 50 ml of cognac
- Set on fire the contents of frying pan and let it burn a little bit
- Fine strain into a cognac glass
- Garnish with a blackberry
