Cocktail recipe French eggnog
- Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 20 ml of honey, 50 ml of light cream, 70 ml of milk and 15 ml of cognac into a milk pitcher
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with a cookie and grated dark chocolate
