How to Make the Prêt-à-porter
- Pour 5 ml of honey, 20 ml of dry orange liqueur and 20 ml of cognac into a rocks glass
- Add 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes and stir gently
- Garnish with tangerine wedges and a fan of apple wedges on a cocktail skewer
