Cocktail recipe Honey whisper

• Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
• Pour 15 ml of lime juice and 50 ml of silver tequila into a shaker
• Add 1 dash of orange bitters
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Strain into the highball glass
• Pour 15 ml of quail egg white, 25 ml of honey and 100 ml of club soda into a soda syphon
• Close the soda syphon and froth 3-4 times
• Garnish the cocktail with foam from the soda siphon and a pinch of smoked salt
