Cocktail recipe Mexican breakfast
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place a half of peeled, pitted and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 25 ml of milk, 15 ml of agave syrup, 20 ml of benedictine and 40 ml of silver tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the highball glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with 2 lime wheels
