Cocktail recipe Prohibition apple
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 60 ml of homemade apple-rhubarb ketchup and 5 ml of elderflower liqueur
- Add 10 ml of gentian and 50 ml of cognac
- Fill to the top with apple cider and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Garnish with a tiny apple and a mint sprig
