How to Make the Primavera
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 bar spoons of blueberry jam and a rosemary sprig into a mixing glass
- Add 3 drops of red tabasco sauce and 50 ml of silver tequila
- Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and orange zest
