How to Make the Northern Lights
- Place a rosemary sprig into a mixing glass and muddle
- Add 15 ml of honey and 40 ml of orange vodka
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Use bar spoon to layer on 100 ml of champagne
- Garnish with lemon zest
