How to Make the Red Basil Smash
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 15 sichuan peppercorns and 10 red basil leaves into a shaker
- Pour in 30 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with lemon zest and a red basil sprig
