Cocktail recipe Truffle sour
- Pour 100 ml of truffle oil over 10 quail eggs
- Stir gently and let it infuse for 4-6 hours
- This will be enough for 5 portions
- Pour 10 ml of quail egg white infused with truffle oil, 35 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of irish whiskey into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a sour glass
- Garnish with lemon zest
