How to Make the Lily Rose
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into a shaker
- Pour in 25 ml of quail egg white, 10 ml of lime juice, 5 ml of grenadine syrup, 15 ml of rose syrup and 40 ml of citrus vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the highball glass
- Spray rose water over the cocktail
- Garnish with a rose petal
