How to Make the Skittles
- Cut off the top of a lemon and carefully remove the pulp
- Place 2 strawberries into a mixing glass and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of honey syrup and 40 ml of limoncello
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Fine strain into the lemon
- Garnish with the lemon top and a strawberry on a cocktail skewer
