How to Make the The Fifth Element
- Cut off the top of a grapefruit and carefully remove the pulp
- Place a grapefruit wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of honey syrup and 40 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the grapefruit
- Garnish with a mint sprig
