Cocktail recipe Lavender meringue pie
- Pour into a shaker 30 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of quail egg white and 10 ml of sugar syrup
- Add 45 ml of limoncello and 20 ml of lavender gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with lemon zest and ground cinnamon
