How to Make the Salty Russian
- Place a chopped grapefruit and lime wedges into a rocks glass
- Add a pinch of salt and muddle
- Pour in 20 ml of honey syrup and 40 ml of vodka
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a pickle with honey
