Cocktail recipe Spring punch
- Put 5 raspberries in a sling glass, add 10 ml of honey and muddle
- Fill the sling glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice and 40 ml of vodka
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig and 2 raspberries on a cocktail skewer
