Cocktail recipe Pacha Monaco
- Place a grapefruit, lemon and lime wedges, chopped into large pieces into a hurricane glass
- Add a pinch of salt and muddle
- Fill the hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 25 ml of grenadine syrup and 25 ml of calvados
- Add 50 ml of gin and stir gently
- Garnish with a carambola wedge, a kiwi wedge and 2 cherries
